Your profile
- You should have completed a programme of education or training equipping you to practise as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte/r) or in a commercial or business-related role
- In-depth knowledge of DATEV or similar software
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
- Knowledge of tax law (national and international) advantageous
- The ability to operate in a team combined with a careful, structured and independent way of working

Your mission
- Carry out day-to-day financial accounting in accordance with commercial and tax law
- Create monthly financial statements and carry out preparatory work for the annual financial statements
- Carry out necessary account reconciliations
- Create advance VAT returns
- Collaborate closely with the controlling department and the managing directors and managers
- Check accounts for content and accuracy
- Carry out reconciliation of general ledger and subsidiary ledger accounts
- Handle payment reminders
