You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
You take ownership of day-to-day financial accounting, ensuring compliance with commercial and tax regulations
You prepare monthly financial statements and support all steps leading up to the annual closing
You handle account reconciliations and make sure everything balances perfectly
You prepare and submit VAT returns accurately and on time
You review invoices both formally and in terms of content, ensuring correctness before posting
You reconcile general ledger and sub-ledger accounts, keeping everything aligned
You manage dunning and receivables follow-ups, keeping an eye on outstanding items
You collaborate closely with controlling and senior management, acting as a reliable partner on financial topics
Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- You should have completed a programme of education or training equipping you to practise as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte/r) or in a commercial or business-related role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
- Knowledge of tax law (national and international) advantageous
- The ability to operate in a team combined with a careful, structured and independent way of working
- The position is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with a minimum of 20 hours per week required.
