Job Description

You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance

  • You take ownership of day-to-day financial accounting, ensuring compliance with commercial and tax regulations

  • You prepare monthly financial statements and support all steps leading up to the annual closing

  • You handle account reconciliations and make sure everything balances perfectly

  • You prepare and submit VAT returns accurately and on time

  • You review invoices both formally and in terms of content, ensuring correctness before posting

  • You reconcile general ledger and sub-ledger accounts, keeping everything aligned

  • You manage dunning and receivables follow-ups, keeping an eye on outstanding items

  • You collaborate closely with controlling and senior management, acting as a reliable partner on financial topics

Your expertise matters! Our desired profile

  • You should have completed a programme of education or training equipping you to practise as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte/r) or in a commercial or business-related role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
  • Knowledge of tax law (national and international) advantageous
  • The ability to operate in a team combined with a careful, structured and independent way of working
  • The position is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with a minimum of 20 hours per week required.
