You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
- Posting of current business transactions in accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger accounting
- Checking, recording and posting incoming invoices
- Monitoring and reconciliation of open items
- Carrying out payment transactions and dunning procedures
- Support with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Maintaining and managing accounting documents and digital receipts
- Contact person for internal departments and external partners (e.g. tax consultants)
- Participation in the optimization of accounting processes and systems

Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with an additional qualification in accounting or financial accounting
- First professional experience in accounting, ideally in a retail or e-commerce environment
- Confident handling of accounting software (e.g. SAP or comparable systems)
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Independent, structured and careful way of working
- Reliability, ability to work in a team and affinity for numbers
- Very good written and spoken German skills
