- Taking and processing inbound orders and conversations in German or English
- Responsible for customer support from quotation to completion
- Processing logistical inquiries
- Taking and processing complaints
- Product advice
- Invoicing and processing customer invoices
- Correspondence within your own team and with other departments
- Selecting suitable suppliers
- Worldwide supplier research
- Timely procurement of goods, taking into account stock levels and delivery times
- Checking and recording incoming invoices
Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- You have a vocational baccalaureate in the field of business & administration
- Knowledge of MS Office programs
- High degree of customer and service orientation
- Careful way of working and strong team player qualities
- Initiative, sense of responsibility, ability to work independently and solve problems, assertiveness and communication skills
- Good knowledge of German and English
