IT is more than just technology to you – you want to understand, optimize, and keep systems running smoothly?
As an IT Administrator, you ensure the smooth operation of our entire IT infrastructure. You manage servers, networks, and systems with insight, technical expertise, and a constant drive to find the best solutions.
You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
You are responsible for the administration of our Windows server environment (from version 2016) including core services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, and SQL databases.
You manage our virtual infrastructure in the VMware environment, ensuring a stable, secure, and high-performance IT operation.
You handle storage and backup systems (SAN, NAS) and continuously optimize existing operational and security standards.
You monitor and configure network components such as firewalls, switches, and routers, and support the maintenance of our telecommunication infrastructure.
You install and maintain hardware and software, always working in a service-oriented and solution-focused manner with internal departments.
With your expertise, you actively contribute to ensuring cybersecurity across our systems.

You have solid knowledge in the mentioned IT areas as well as in network and firewall management.
You are familiar with common hardware and software solutions and work confidently in complex IT environments.
Initiative, a strong sense of responsibility, and a structured, independent way of working set you apart.
You are a team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
You have good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
Experience with SAP Business One is an advantage but not essential.
