Coordination & Leadership: Organize, supervise, and guide daily team workflows.
Administrative Duties: Handle and oversee department-related administrative tasks.
Quality Assurance in Order Picking: Monitor picking processes and ensure smooth, efficient operations.
Shipping & Outgoing Goods: Oversee shipping preparations and carry out final checks of outgoing goods.
Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
Completed training in logistics (Warehouse logistics specialist, warehouse clerk) or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in warehouse/logistics, ideally in parcel services
Initial leadership experience and strong organizational skills
Knowledge of order picking, shipping, and warehouse management systems
Responsible, reliable, and quality-oriented
Strong communication, assertiveness, and team spirit
Good IT skills (MS Office, WMS/ERP)
