- You should have completed a programme of education or training equipping you to work in a logistics-related or commercial role
- Leadership qualities
- Experience in goods picking
- A careful, independent way of working
- The ability to cope with physically demanding work
- Reliability and a ‘can-do’ attitude
- The ability to work flexibly and in a team
