You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
- You receive incoming orders and calls in Dutch and handle them professionally.
- You respond to customer inquiries competently and provide the right solutions.
- You coordinate logistical requests and ensure smooth processes.
- You support customers by phone, act as their reliable point of contact, and advise them on our products with your expertise.
- You record complaints, forward them, and accompany the resolution process.

Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- You have a commercial qualification (e.g. wholesale and foreign trade management, office management) or experience in customer service – career changers are welcome.
- You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- You are communicative, a team player, and enjoy talking to customers and selling.
- You speak good French and can express yourself confidently.
- Resilience and commitment characterize you.
