You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
- Advising customers on selecting suitable replacement parts and ensuring they are clearly assigned to specific devices and systems.
- Checking item availability in the system, scheduling replacement parts, and coordinating ordering processes while considering delivery times and priorities.
- Close coordination with the warehouse, purchasing, and logistics to ensure efficient material flows and on-time supply chains.
- Receiving and processing spare part orders and technical inquiries via various communication channels (email, phone), including in English.
- Recording, analyzing, and forwarding complaints, including follow-up until final resolution in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Handling returns processes, including inspection, documentation, and initiating credit memos in the ERP system.

Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (e.g., wholesale and foreign trade management, office management, or e-commerce/support) or have experience in the spare parts business, after-sales, or technical customer service—career changers are also welcome.
- You have strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- You impress with your strong communication
- You have strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- You excel at communication and enjoy working as part of a team. You enjoy direct interaction with customers—whether via email or phone—especially when it comes to providing solution-oriented advice and selling spare parts in an e-commerce environment.
- You speak English and German very well and can express yourself confidently.
- You are known for your resilience and dedication.
