What would a great product be without strong quality assurance? As a Quality Management Specialist, you play a key role in ensuring that our products deliver on their promise. With your technical expertise, precision, and dedication, you guarantee quality at every stage of production.

You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
- Monitoring and ensuring product quality in the area of kitchen appliances and catering supplies (own brands & merchandise)
- Processing customer complaints, carrying out root cause analyses and deriving corrective measures
- Working closely with suppliers (primarily in Europe and Asia) to check quality, process complaints and ensure continuous product improvement. in Europe and Asia) for quality inspection, complaint processing and continuous product improvement
- Support in the development and maintenance of quality guidelines for products and suppliers
- Carrying out incoming goods inspections, random sample inspections and documentation of quality-relevant data
- Coordination of external inspections and certifications
- Participation in the optimization of internal processes with regard to quality, customer satisfaction and product safety
- Training of internal departments (e.g. purchasing, customer service, product management) on quality-relevant topics

Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with additional qualification in quality management
- Professional experience in quality management, preferably in the retail environment or in the technical field (small electrical appliances, kitchen machines, etc.)
- Experience in dealing with complaints, product inspections and supplier communication
- Good IT skills (MS Office, ERP systems such as SAP, etc.)
- Careful, structured way of working as well as quality awareness and initiative
- Very good knowledge of German and English
