Your profile
- At least 2 years of experience in QM
- Engineering skills
- Knowledge of the quality management system 9001:2015 is an advantage
- Knowledge of product safety according to DIN EN standards
- Technical background knowledge in the production and assembly of various technical devices and corresponding technical understanding
- Initial experience in change management
- Knowledge of SAP, CRM, EXCEL
- Ability to analyse and solve problems
- Ability to work in a team and motivation
- Discipline and organisational skills
- Very good written and spoken English
- Analytical thinking skills
- Perseverance and assertiveness

Your mission
- You are responsible for project management
- You are the interface between the company and the suppliers for quality improvement and quality assurance of the products
- You monitor and analyse customer complaints using a CRM system to reduce the number of complaints
- You liaise with German authorities regarding product certifications and product safety
