You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
You obtain offers from suppliers and handle orders professionally.
You request, review, follow up on, and record order confirmations.
You monitor delivery dates, handle complaints in case of delays, and resolve discrepancies in quantities or prices.
You take on administrative and assistant tasks to ensure smooth processes.
You communicate with internal and external stakeholders, gather information, and pass it on reliably.
You prepare evaluations and take on support tasks to continuously improve workflows.

Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. in wholesale and foreign trade management or office management, or bring comparable experience in purchasing or order processing.
You have excellent German skills; English is an advantage, additional languages are welcome.
You work in a structured and reliable manner and keep an overview even when handling multiple tasks.
You are communicative and enjoy interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
You are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
You are solution-oriented, resilient, and bring team spirit as well as commitment.
