As a Recruiter, you will support our team in attracting and hiring new employees across various departments. You will guide candidates through the recruitment process, from the first conversation to their first day, ensuring a positive candidate experience along the way.

As a Recruiter, you will support our team in attracting and hiring new employees across various departments. You will guide candidates through the recruitment process, from the first conversation to their first day, ensuring a positive candidate experience along the way.
You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
- Manage the recruitment process, from creating job advertisements and screening applications to selecting and hiring candidates.
- Work closely with department managers to understand their hiring needs and identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews and guide applicants through the selection process.
- Actively approach potential candidates through job platforms, LinkedIn and active sourcing.
- Coordinate interviews, maintain our applicant tracking system and keep an overview of open positions.
- Contribute new ideas and work with the recruitment team to continuously improve our hiring processes.
Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- Completed vocational training in business administration, ideally with a focus on HR, or a comparable qualification.
- Some previous experience in recruitment, staffing or human resources would be an advantage.
- Enjoy working with people and have a good instinct for identifying suitable candidates.
- Strong communication skills, initiative and a friendly, approachable personality.
- A structured, independent working style and good organisational skills.
- Confident using MS Office; experience with applicant tracking systems and active sourcing is a plus.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
- A team-oriented mindset, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and develop.
