As part of our team, you will ensure that spare parts for the workshop are available at the right time and on the right terms. In doing so, you will act as a key liaison between suppliers, purchasing, the workshop, the warehouse, logistics, quality management and after-sales.

•    You will identify the workshop’s spare parts requirements and ensure they are procured in good time.
•    You will request quotations, compare prices and delivery terms, and place orders with suppliers.
•    You will check order confirmations, prices, quantities and delivery dates, and track up any discrepancies.
•    You will monitor outstanding orders and ensure reliable tracking of deliveries.
•    You will liaise with the workshop to ensure that required spare parts are available on time.
•    You will assist with the scheduling and stock planning of workshop spare parts.
•    You will maintain item, supplier and order data and ensure reliable documentation.
•    You will contribute to the introduction and further development of our new system for ensuring the supply of spare parts to the workshop.
•    You contribute your ideas to continuously improve and further develop the relevant processes.
•    You produce analyses of prices, delivery times and stock levels, and identify opportunities for optimisation based on these.
•    You liaise regularly with the Quality Management department to ensure that requirements and feedback from Quality Management are taken into account in the spare parts supply process.

Organizational skills, strong communication skills, and a keen sense for reliable procurement processes are particularly important for this position. Ideally, you’ll also have the following:

•    A completed business apprenticeship, for example in wholesale and foreign trade management or office management; alternatively, relevant experience in purchasing or spare parts procurement
•    Ideally, experience in a technical environment or with spare parts
•    Very good German language skills as well as good English skills, preferably including business English
•    A structured and reliable approach to work—even when multiple tasks require your attention simultaneously
•    Strong communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor when dealing with suppliers
•    Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus
•    A solution-oriented mindset, the ability to handle pressure, and a passion for teamwork
