- Overall responsibility for the further development of our warehouse and logistics operations
- Strategic and operational optimization of our warehouse processes
- Leadership and professional development of our existing warehouse managers and teams
- Analysis and optimization of goods receipt, putaway, order picking, and goods shipment
- Further development of our WMS/ERP systems and digital processes
- Planning and implementation of digitization, automation, and optimization projects
- Development and monitoring of relevant KPIs
- Identification of opportunities for cost, time, and efficiency savings
- Close collaboration with IT, Purchasing, Sales, Shipping, and Management
- Selection, evaluation, and negotiation with service providers and technology partners
- Development of concepts for the future warehouse structure and scaling

- Several years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain management
- Experience leading large teams or other managers
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes and operational workflows
- Experience with WMS/ERP systems and digitalization
- Excellent analytical and business acumen

- An assertive yet team-oriented leadership style
