You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
- Independently performing monthly payroll processing in compliance with all tax, social security, and labor law requirements
- Maintaining and managing all personnel master data and transaction data in the HR system
- Serving as the point of contact for employees, managers, and external agencies regarding all payroll-related issues
- Preparing certificates, reports, and filings for government agencies, health insurance providers, and social security agencies
- Supporting administrative HR processes from hire to termination
- Ensuring proper HR documentation and the confidential handling of personal data
- Collaborating on the optimization and digitization of HR processes, as well as the continuous improvement of HR administration
- Working closely with HR, Finance, and other functional departments
Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- Completed business training, ideally with a focus on human resources
- At least 3 years of professional experience in payroll accounting
- Good knowledge of labor law, income tax law, and social security law
- Proficiency with MS Office and, ideally, experience with Personio/DATEV
- A structured, meticulous, and self-directed work style
- Strong aptitude for numbers and a keen sense of responsibility
- Discreet and trustworthy handling of sensitive personal data
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach toward employees and managers
- Enthusiasm for questioning existing processes and actively improving them
