We are looking for experienced team leaders for the areas of receiving, shipping, parcel delivery, and returns.
You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
- Team Leadership & Organization: Assigning, coordinating, and monitoring work processes within your area of responsibility
- Quality & Process Optimization: Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements
- Process Reliability: Monitoring and managing your area of responsibility
- Administration: Handling and processing administrative tasks within the department
- Communication & Reporting: Serving as the direct point of contact for management, providing regular reports on key metrics, progress, and challenges
Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist or warehouse clerk (or comparable qualification)
- Several years of professional experience in the warehouse or logistics sector, such as receiving, shipping, parcel services, or returns
- Extensive experience in team leadership and process coordination
- Strong organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, and a strong focus on quality
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and MS Office
- Ability to work well in a team, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
