You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
- As a consultant, you will support our business units and management in the design, planning, and implementation of strategic IT and digital transformation projects.
- You will analyze existing business processes and develop sustainable solutions to optimize our system landscape.
- You will be responsible for the technical leadership of complex IT and development projectsb — from requirements analysis through to successful rollout.
- As a central point of contact, you will coordinate collaboration between business, software development, infrastructure, and external service providers.
- You will independently develop technical and organizational concepts for the further development of our e-commerce, ERP, and internal platforms.
- You will identify new technologies, evaluate their added value, and oversee their successful implementation.
- You will support our development teams in making architectural decisions and defining best practices and quality standards.
- By establishing modern project and development methods, you will make a significant contribution to the continuous improvement of our IT processes.
Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- A successfully completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience as an IT consultant, solution architect, technical consultant, or in a comparable senior role.
- In-depth knowledge of software development, system architectures, and modern web and cloud technologies.
- Experience leading complex IT projects and managing stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and a commitment to high quality standards.
- Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is a plus.
- Very good German and good English skills.
