Do you have many years of experience in strategic procurement and a track record of sustainably developing complex procurement organizations? Are you a sparring partner at the management level, do you think in terms of strategies rather than operational processes, and do you drive change with conviction? You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
- As a sparring partner, you’ll advise management and executive leadership on strategic issues related to purchasing, procurement, and organization.
- With an analytical eye, you’ll examine our purchasing processes, identify opportunities for optimization, and develop sustainable solutions.
- In addition, you will develop modern purchasing, product category, and supplier strategies and oversee their successful implementation.
- You will independently lead cross-functional transformation, digitization, and automation projects.
- Based on in-depth analyses of purchasing metrics, cost structures, and procurement markets, you will derive strategic recommendations for action.
- Working closely with Purchasing, Logistics, IT, Controlling, and other business units, you will also oversee the technical management of external consulting partners.
Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- You have a successfully completed degree in business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or a comparable qualification.
- In addition, you have at least seven to ten years of professional experience in strategic procurement, procurement consulting, or the development of procurement organizations.
- Ideally, you have already successfully led complex transformation, organizational, or digitalization projects.
- You are distinguished by your in-depth knowledge of category management, supplier management, procurement strategy, and process optimization.
- You are equally comfortable working with modern ERP and e-procurement systems.
- With your analytical mindset, you act with an entrepreneurial spirit and impress with your strong problem-solving skills.
- You also present yourself confidently at the management level, constructively challenge existing structures, and impress with your assured demeanor.
- You view change as an opportunity and are able to inspire people to embrace new approaches.
- Your profile is rounded out by your strong passion for digitalization, innovation, and continuous improvement.
