You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
- Picking customer orders using digital pick lists
- Proper use of handheld scanners to record and process goods movements
- Retrieving items from various warehouse areas, including high-rack storage
- Checking picked goods for completeness and quality
- Packing and preparing goods for shipment
- Compliance with warehouse, safety, and quality standards
- Assisting with inventory counts and stock checks
- Ensuring order and cleanliness in the warehouse area
- Onboarding & Shift System: Structured onboarding for 2–4 weeks in the day shift (08:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., including a 30-minute break), followed by deployment in a rotating shift system with weekly alternation between early shift (05:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., including a 30-minute break) and late shift (2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m., including a 30-minute break).
Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- You’re willing to roll up your sleeves—reliability and a strong work ethic are more important to us than your resume.
- Initial work experience in a warehouse, order picking, or shipping
- A valid forklift license and proven experience operating industrial trucks
- Experience using handheld scanners or similar mobile data collection devices
- Willingness to work in a high-rack warehouse and no restrictions on working at heights
- Physical stamina and the ability to work well in a team
- A sense of responsibility when handling goods and equipment
- Good written and spoken German skills
