Forklift Operation: Safe and efficient handling of forklifts for incoming and outgoing goods.
Goods Movement & Organization: Relocation, proper storage and retrieval of goods — including in high-bay warehouses — and structured organization of storage areas.
Order & Safety Compliance: Adherence to warehouse regulations and strict observance of safety standards.
Inventory Management: Carrying out stock checks, assisting with inventories, and documenting all goods movements in the warehouse management system.
Process Optimization: Contributing to the continuous improvement of warehouse and transport processes.
Onboarding & Shift System: Structured onboarding for 2–4 weeks in the day shift (08:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., including a 30-minute break), followed by deployment in a rotating shift system with weekly alternation between early shift (05:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., including a 30-minute break) and late shift (2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m., including a 30-minute break).

Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- Completed vocational training in warehouse logistics, warehouse logistics specialist or comparable
- Valid forklift license (industrial truck license)
- At least 2 years of practical experience in handling forklifts (front, side or high-bay forklifts)
- Careful, responsible way of working
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and physical resilience
- Willingness to work shifts
- Good written and spoken German skills

Salary
- Gross hourly wage range depending on experience, up to a maximum of €20.50
