You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
- Responsibility for managing and organizing all shift operations in the warehouse
- Leading and developing team leaders, and ensuring smooth operational processes
- Planning and coordinating goods receipts and shipments, order picking, and material flows
- Prioritizing resources and managing staffing and shift schedules
- Responsibility for warehouse inventory, physical counts, and adherence to defined key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Analyzing and optimizing existing warehouse processes and implementing improvement measures
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards, occupational safety, and legal requirements
- Serving as the point of contact for escalations and working closely with the Warehouse Manager, warehouse office, and other shifts
Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist or a comparable qualification; ideally supplemented by continuing education or a degree with a focus on logistics
- Several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics—ideally at least five years—as well as leadership experience in an industrial setting
- Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS), SAP, and standard Microsoft Office applications
- Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
- High resilience, assertiveness, and decisiveness, even in challenging situations
- Good command of German and, ideally, English
