What would a great product be without strong quality assurance? As a Quality Management Specialist, you play a key role in ensuring that our products deliver on their promise. With your technical expertise, precision, and dedication, you guarantee quality at every stage of production.
You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
- Ensuring the product quality of our kitchen appliances and foodservice products.
- Handling customer complaints and coordinating appropriate solutions with colleagues and suppliers.
- Working closely with suppliers in Europe and Asia to continuously improve the quality of our products.
- Conducting incoming goods inspections and regular quality checks.
- Documenting test results and monitoring our quality standards.
- Assisting with product testing and ensuring compliance with our quality specifications.
- Actively contributing your own ideas to optimize processes and product quality.
- Working closely with Purchasing, Customer Service, and Product Management on all quality-related issues.
Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- Completed business or technical training, or a comparable qualification.
- Initial experience in quality assurance, complaint handling, or a technical role is a plus.
- Enjoy interacting with suppliers and addressing and resolving quality issues.
- Proficiency with MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- A structured and meticulous approach to work, along with a strong commitment to quality.
- Very good knowledge of German and English.
