- You advise our customers before, during and after their purchase – with passion, professionalism and a strong customer focus.
- Actively selling our products and matching accessories is part of your daily responsibilities.
- With your enthusiasm for our products and solutions, you inspire customers and show them new possibilities.
- You proactively approach customers and respond to their enquiries.
- You take responsibility for leading and coordinating our sales team, managing daily operations and motivating your team members.
- Together with your team, you ensure attractive product displays and a well-maintained point of sale.
- You create a welcoming shopping environment and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- You have completed vocational training as a chef or in the field of system catering, or have several years of professional experience in the hospitality industry.
- You already have experience in leading, motivating and developing a team.
- You enjoy direct customer contact and are passionate about advising customers and selling professional kitchen equipment.
- You have a hands-on mentality, take initiative and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility.
- Strong communication skills, persuasiveness and a professional, well-groomed appearance are among your strengths.
- You are ambitious, open-minded and enjoy working as part of a team.
- You have technical understanding and basic computer skills.
- Additional language skills are an advantage.
