You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
Building and grounds management
Ensuring that our buildings, warehouses and outdoor facilities are kept in a well-maintained and fully functional condition.
Repairs & maintenance
Carrying out minor repairs and general maintenance work on buildings, technical installations and equipment independently.
General caretaker duties
Assisting with a wide range of practical tasks, minor assembly work, relocations and the setting up of workstations to ensure smooth operational processes.
Cleanliness & Tidy Conditions
Responsibility for cleanliness and tidiness across the entire premises, in the warehouses and outdoor areas. Sweepers and other equipment are used as required.
Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- Manual dexterity and an enjoyment of practical work.
- Ideally, a completed apprenticeship in a trade or professional experience as a caretaker, building services technician or in a similar role.
- An independent, reliable and meticulous approach to work.
- Physical stamina and a high level of commitment.
- A Class B driving licence.
- The ability to work well in a team and a friendly manner.
