- Serving existing customers and acquiring new ones
Team & Staff
- Leading and motivating the team
- Onboarding and training new employees
- Planning staff and resource allocation
Customer Service
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Professionally handling complaints and claims
- Building long-term customer relationships
Organization & Processes
- Preparing reports and analyses
- Warehouse management and inventory control
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures
Marketing & Brand Building
- Implementing local marketing campaigns
- Organizing events and promotions
- Establishing and maintaining regional partnerships
Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- Business apprenticeship or degree with a focus on business administration/sales
- Several years of experience in sales or the B2B environment
- Initial leadership experience is a plus
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) as well as reporting tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Assertiveness and conflict resolution skills
- Analytical, structured, and independent work style
- Team-oriented with leadership potential
- Ability to work well under pressure and technical understanding
- Very good German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
