Goods Receipt & Inspection: Accept deliveries, check for completeness and damage, verify accompanying documents, and record entries in the inventory system.
Storage & Organization: Properly store goods according to warehouse guidelines, label, and systematically organize products.
Inventory Management: Maintain and monitor stock levels, report discrepancies, conduct regular stock checks, and support interim or annual inventories.
Order Picking & Shipping: Pick and pack orders, prepare goods for dispatch, and create shipping documents and labels.
Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards in the warehouse.
Onboarding & Shift System: Structured onboarding for 2–4 weeks in the day shift (08:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., including a 30-minute break), followed by deployment in a rotating shift system with weekly alternation between early shift (05:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., including a 30-minute break) and late shift (2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m., including a 30-minute break).
Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- You have completed vocational training in logistics, such as a warehouse specialist, warehouse logistics specialist, or similar qualification
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in order picking
- You speak German or English well (at least B2 level)
- Ideally, you have a forklift operator’s license.
- Working carefully and independently comes naturally to you.
- You are physically fit.
- You are dedicated and reliable.
- You are a team player and flexible.

Salary
- Gross hourly wage range depending on experience, up to a maximum of €20.50
