As a Warehouse & Logistics Recruiter (m/f/d), you’ll be responsible for recruiting staff for our warehouse and logistics departments at our Ochtrup site. From warehouse assistants and forklift operators to experienced specialists – you know where to find suitable candidates and how to get them excited about working for GGM Gastro.

As a Warehouse & Logistics Recruiter (m/f/d), you’ll be responsible for recruiting staff for our warehouse and logistics departments at our Ochtrup site. From warehouse assistants and forklift operators to experienced specialists – you know where to find suitable candidates and how to get them excited about working for GGM Gastro.
You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
- You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process for our warehouse and logistics roles.
- You will liaise closely with our warehouse and team leaders and be aware of current and future staffing requirements.
- You will target suitable candidates through active sourcing, job boards, the Jobcentre, social media and regional recruitment channels.
- You will review applications, conduct initial telephone interviews and coordinate face-to-face interviews with the relevant departments.
- You will ensure prompt responses and efficient recruitment processes so that suitable candidates do not have to wait long for feedback.
- You will build up your own pool of candidates for warehouse and logistics roles that are regularly in demand.
- You develop new ideas to successfully fill even hard-to-fill roles.
- You keep a close eye on the regional labour market around Ochtrup and know which channels are best for reaching different target groups.
- Together with our recruitment team, you continuously optimise our processes and recruitment measures.
Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- You have already gained experience in recruitment, headhunting or staffing services.
- Ideally, you are familiar with target groups from the warehousing, logistics, production or industrial-technical sectors.
- You have experience with active sourcing and approaching candidates directly.
- You are a good communicator and can quickly inspire people to consider new career opportunities.
- You work independently and in a structured manner, and you don’t lose track of things even when there are several vacancies open at the same time.
- Speed and reliability are second nature to you in recruitment.
- You are hands-on, keen to try out new recruitment approaches and do not wait for suitable applications to come in by themselves.
- You have a very good command of German. Knowledge of other languages, such as Dutch, Polish or English, would be an advantage.
- You enjoy working as part of a team and take pleasure in working together to ensure that our warehouse in Ochtrup is optimally staffed.
