You will act as a trusted partner for candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders, playing a key role in driving our international growth by bringing the right talent on board.
You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
- You’ll be responsible for the entire recruiting process and will attract qualified specialists and executives to our location in Ochtrup.
- As a strategic partner, you’ll provide expert advice to our executives on recruiting strategies, staffing needs, and current trends in the job market.
- Through active sourcing, creative recruiting campaigns, and the right channels, you’ll inspire talent and build sustainable candidate networks.
- You’ll inspire talent from the first point of contact all the way through to signing the contract.
- Together with the team, you’ll continuously develop our recruiting efforts, our employer brand, and our processes.
Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- A college degree or business apprenticeship with a focus on human resources, or a comparable qualification.
- At least five years of experience in recruitment or placing skilled workers and/or warehouse staff.
- Proficiency in active sourcing, modern recruiting methods, and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a keen eye for talent.
- A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work.
- A hands-on mentality and a passion for continuously improving recruiting processes.
- Very good German and good English skills.
- A passion for working in an international environment and for achieving success together with the entire recruiting team.
