As a Senior Recruiter (m/f/d) for the Polish market, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring qualified professionals and managers across Poland. You will act as a trusted partner for candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders, playing a key role in driving our international growth by bringing the right talent on board.
You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
- Independently manage the full recruitment cycle for the Polish market, from workforce planning and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and contract signing.
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and business leaders, advising on hiring needs, candidate profiles, and current labor market trends in Poland.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified professionals and managers for our international locations.
- Proactively identify and engage top talent through platforms such as LinkedIn, Pracuj.pl, XING, and other relevant sourcing channels.
- Create compelling, target-group-specific job advertisements and ensure their effective placement across appropriate recruitment channels.
- Conduct phone screenings, candidate interviews, and assessment discussions while guiding the selection process in close collaboration with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain sustainable talent pools and candidate networks to strengthen our long-term recruitment pipeline for the Polish market.
- Continuously monitor labor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging recruitment channels to further enhance our talent acquisition strategies.
- Analyze relevant recruitment KPIs and derive data-driven measures to optimize hiring processes and recruitment outcomes.
- Work confidently with our applicant tracking system (Personio) and ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
- Support the selection and implementation of suitable assessment and diagnostic methods within the recruitment process.
- Take ownership of the structured planning, coordination, and execution of onboarding processes for new employees in Poland, ensuring a smooth and successful integration into the company.
- Actively contribute to the development of our employer brand in the Polish market and support the expansion of our employer presence and visibility.

Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- You hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or have completed a commercial apprenticeship with a focus on HR, or possess a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of experience in recruitment, ideally within an international environment or with a focus on the Polish labor market.
- You are familiar with modern recruiting methods, active sourcing, and applicant tracking systems, and you confidently manage the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and a high level of empathy when interacting with candidates and stakeholders.
- You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner and remain organized even in a fast-paced environment.
- You proactively approach people, build trust quickly, and have a strong instinct for identifying and attracting talent.
- You combine a service-oriented mindset with a hands-on attitude and enjoy continuously improving processes and driving positive change.
- You are fluent in Polish, both written and spoken, and have very good German and good English language skills.
