To support our trade fair and event management team, we’re looking for a dedicated person who enjoys organization, communication, and structured work.
In close cooperation with our trade fair management, you will take on the operational planning and execution of our trade fair appearances – from preparation and implementation to follow-up.

In close cooperation with our trade fair management, you will take on the operational planning and execution of our trade fair appearances – from preparation and implementation to follow-up.

You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
- Concept development, planning and execution of trade fairs, corporate and client events
- Independent project management, including planning, concept development and budgetary responsibility for selected trade fairs and events
- Management of participant and booking processes
- Support in the selection and management of external and internal service providers and partners
- Production of event-related media and documents
- Identifying trends and ideas to further develop our trade fair and event management
- Close collaboration with our stand builder, the marketing department and other specialist departments
- You will be responsible for hall and stand planning
- Development and implementation of innovative event concepts to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty
- Preparation and handling of service procurement and contract negotiations
- Budget planning and control for all events and trade fairs
- Preparation of detailed post-event reports with recommendations for future improvements
- Europe-wide potential analysis
- Responsibility for the optimal and flawless presentation of the exhibition goods

Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- A degree in event or trade fair management, marketing, or a comparable qualification, with several years’ relevant professional experience
- A highly structured and conscientious approach to work, as well as strong organisational skills
- A confident and friendly manner, as well as a high level of commitment and initiative
- Enjoy working independently and interacting with a wide variety of target groups
- A keen sense of style, quality and entertainment
- Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
- Willingness to occasionally attend trade fairs and corporate events outside normal office hours
