You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
- Maintenance and continuous development of our learning platform and its associated learning paths based on our career structure
- Support of the entire feedback process, including the creation and evaluation of feedback forms, as well as participation in development meetings
- Independent analysis of skill gaps and derivation of suitable learning initiatives in coordination with the respective departments
- Autonomous planning, organization, and implementation of development measures and training programs
- Supporting your team colleagues in optimizing workflows and processes within the HR department
Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further qualification in the HR field
- Several years of experience in human resources, preferably in personnel development or HR process optimization
- Structured and independent working style, combined with a strong understanding of processes and workflows
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify connections and derive practical solutions
- Strong communication skills and empathy when dealing with different target groups and roles
- Openness to new trends and developments, as well as the willingness to contribute your own ideas
- Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with HR software, learning platforms, and project management tools
