You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
- You will request quotes for spare parts from suppliers, compare terms and conditions, and process orders efficiently.
- You will request order confirmations, check prices, quantities and delivery dates, and update the data in the system.
- You will consistently monitor delivery dates, actively investigate any discrepancies and resolve issues with suppliers.
- You assist with the planning of spare parts and ensure material availability.
- You work closely with the warehouse, logistics and after-sales teams to ensure fast and smooth processes.
- You will carry out administrative tasks within the purchasing department and ensure master data is accurate.
- You will act as the central point of contact for suppliers and internal departments, ensuring a reliable flow of information.
- You will produce reports (e.g. on prices, delivery times, stock levels) and identify opportunities for improvement.

Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (e.g. wholesale and foreign trade, office management) or have experience in purchasing or spare parts procurement.
- Ideally, you have experience in a technical environment or with spare parts.
- You have a very good command of German and a good command of English (preferably business English).
- You work in a structured and reliable manner and can maintain an overview even when dealing with multiple tasks.
- You have strong communication skills and are confident when dealing with suppliers.
- You are proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel); experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- You are solution-oriented, resilient and a true team player.
