You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
- You prepare tenders and organize the procurement processes in a structured manner.
- You negotiate with subcontractors and are responsible for awarding contracts to individual trades.
- You actively support construction projects and monitor sites in terms of progress, quality, and workflow.
- You coordinate all involved trades and ensure smooth construction processes.
- You plan schedules and keep track of deadlines at all times.
- You monitor costs and budgets and ensure the project’s economic efficiency.
- You control the quality of the executed work and ensure compliance with standards.
- You coordinate closely with architects, authorities, and clients.
- You ensure compliance with all relevant regulations as well as safety and environmental standards.
- You document construction progress in a complete and transparent manner.
- You manage defects and oversee project handovers through to successful completion.
- You review and manage change orders and ensure transparent handling.
Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- Completed vocational training or a degree in construction (e.g. civil engineering, architecture, or comparable)
- Experience in construction management or project management is an advantage
- Good knowledge of coordinating construction projects and trades
- Structured and independent way of working
- Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Proficient in MS Office and ideally familiar with construction-specific software
- Team player with strong communication skills
- High level of responsibility and organizational skills
