You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
- You support our Controlling department in preparing operational and strategic reports for management.
- You analyze business data and identify trends, deviations and optimization potential.
- You develop, maintain and optimize SQL queries to ensure accurate and performant data retrieval.
- You create and maintain dashboards and KPI reports for departments such as e-commerce, purchasing, logistics and finance.
- You monitor key performance indicators and proactively highlight risks and opportunities.
- You ensure data consistency and collaborate closely with IT and Development to improve data structures and reporting processes.
- You support budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis processes.

Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- You hold a degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Business Informatics, Data Science or a comparable qualification.
- You have professional experience in Controlling, Business Intelligence or Data Analysis.
- You have strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
- You understand how KPIs are structured and how business performance metrics are interpreted.
- You work in an analytical, structured and solution-oriented way.
- You are comfortable working independently while collaborating closely within a team.
- Fluent German language skills are essential, as internal communication and reporting require strong proficiency in German.
- You have good English skills.
- Experience in e-commerce, wholesale or trading environments.
- Experience with BI or dashboard tools.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP Business One or similar).
- Understanding of financial metrics such as contribution margin, inventory turnover or forecasting.
- Basic knowledge of data modeling or ETL processes.
