Our SAP Business One system is the operational backbone of our international business.
Orders, goods flows, integrations, and data quality directly depend on the stability of our ERP system and its connected interfaces.
Therefore, we are not looking for a pure key user or a classic support specialist. We are looking for a technically skilled professional with solid ERP operational experience and clear system ownership.

You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
Specifically, this means:
Ensuring stable ERP operations in daily business
Analyzing and monitoring data interfaces between SAP B1 and connected systems
Performing SQL-based root cause analysis for data inconsistencies
Analyzing issues on database and process level
Investigating interface errors including data flow and logic validation
Working closely with IT and Development teams
Documenting data models, system relationships, and processes
Supporting optimizations, testing, and rollouts
You take responsibility — not just tickets.

Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
Practical experience with SAP Business One in operational environments
At least 3–5 years of relevant ERP experience
Strong SQL skills (JOINs, complex SELECT statements, data analysis, error identification)
Understanding of data models, data flows, and cross-system processes
Experience with interfaces and typical integration errors
Structured, analytical, and self-driven working style
Very good German language skills (written and spoken)
Important:
This role is not suitable for pure S/4HANA consultants without SAP B1 experience or for purely 1st-level support profiles.
API/REST knowledge
Experience in wholesale or e-commerce environments
Basic knowledge of Azure or Linux
Experience in ERP-related projects (migrations, enhancements, optimizations)
