You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
- You identify meaningful AI and LLM use cases across the company and translate them into concrete solution concepts.
- You design, implement, and integrate AI/LLM solutions into existing systems and business processes.
- You continuously evaluate new developments in AI, Large Language Models, and automation, bringing innovative impulses into the organization.
- You collaborate closely with Development, IT, and business departments to strategically and sustainably establish AI solutions.
- You develop prototypes, conduct testing, and support the transition from proof-of-concept to productive deployment.
- You contribute to building a scalable AI infrastructure (deployment, containerization, system integration).
Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- You have strong programming skills, ideally in C#, PHP, Python, or JavaScript.
- You have hands-on experience in prompt engineering and integrating LLMs via APIs.
- You bring knowledge of topics such as transformers, embeddings, fine-tuning, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- You have experience in application deployment (e.g., containerization, infrastructure, system environments).
- You communicate confidently in German and/or English and can explain complex topics in a clear and structured way.
- You work independently, analytically, and with strong intrinsic motivation.
- A degree in computer science or a related field is beneficial — however, proven practical expertise is more important.
- Knowledge of data science or NLP.
- Experience with local LLMs, Hugging Face, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with speech recognition or real-time AI applications.
- Understanding of agentic AI systems.
- A positive, forward-thinking, and curious mindset.
