You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
You lead your team of currently 15 people – both professionally and disciplinarily – and support individual growth through regular feedback and development talks, helping everyone unlock their full potential.
You keep daily operations running smoothly: You manage processes, stay focused on targets, and ensure your team consistently delivers results.
You plan smart and ahead: You assess staffing needs, coordinate schedules, and take care of shift planning, vacation planning, and coverage management.
You stay on top of the numbers: You analyze KPIs, identify optimization opportunities, and create meaningful reports for the department management.
You are the key communication hub: You are the first point of contact for your team, work closely with the department management, and manage interfaces with other departments.
You drive change: You develop and implement improvement measures in a pragmatic way and actively support change and optimization initiatives.

Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
Background: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a degree (e.g. Business Administration or Sales) and have several years of experience in sales / a B2B environment.
Tools & Systems: You are confident using MS Office (especially Excel) and ideally have experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and ERP systems (e.g. SAP). You are also comfortable working with dashboards and reporting tools.
Leadership & Collaboration: You know how to motivate, lead, and develop a team, foster a positive team spirit, and enjoy working together towards shared goals.
Communication & Assertiveness: You communicate clearly and respectfully, even across interfaces, and you have the assertiveness needed to move things forward when it matters.
Organization & Initiative: You work in a structured way, coordinate resources reliably, and proactively identify optimization opportunities — always ready to propose and implement solutions.
Confidence under pressure: You stay calm in stressful situations, act in a solution-oriented way, and handle conflicts professionally.
Languages: You are fluent in German and English — additional languages are a plus.
