For our location in Ochtrup, Germany, we are looking for a motivated Team Leader (m/f/d) to manage, support, and develop our international Sales Support team.
You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
- Team Leadership: You take responsibility for leading and managing our team of approximately 15 Sales Support employees, providing guidance and acting as their main point of contact.
- Daily Operations: You coordinate daily activities, set priorities, and ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Staff Planning: You organize work schedules, vacation planning, and employee coverage to ensure effective team coordination.
- Team Development: You support your employees in their daily work, provide regular feedback, and encourage their professional development.
- Collaboration: You work closely with department management and other internal teams to ensure effective communication and cooperation.
- Process Improvement: You identify opportunities for improvement and develop practical solutions together with your team.
- Performance Monitoring: You keep track of important team targets and performance indicators and report results to management.
Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- Education: You have completed vocational training in a commercial or business-related field or hold an equivalent qualification.
- Professional Experience: You have experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, or a comparable commercial environment.
- Leadership: Ideally, you have already managed a team or gained initial experience in team coordination and are ready to take the next step in your career.
- Organization: You work in a structured way, manage multiple tasks effectively, and focus on finding practical solutions.
- Communication: You enjoy working with people, know how to motivate a team, and communicate clearly and respectfully.
- IT Skills: You are confident using MS Office. Experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Languages: You have very good German language skills and can communicate in English. Additional languages are welcome.
