As the Executive Assistant, you are the right hand of our management team – and an essential part of our company’s success. You keep an eye on the big picture, stay calm under pressure, and ensure that the daily operations of our executive team run smoothly and efficiently.

Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and business trips with foresight and precision.
Support the management team with administrative and organizational tasks.
Prepare presentations, analyses, and decision papers in a professional and visually appealing way.
Act as a key communication interface between management, departments, and external partners – ensuring a clear flow of information and smooth coordination.
Serve as a professional and friendly point of contact for internal teams, clients, and business partners.
Handle correspondence in German and, if applicable, English – including email management and document handling.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure all background operations run seamlessly.

Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
Completed commercial training or a comparable degree – ideally with several years of professional experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar position.
Strong organizational skills and a proactive, structured working style.
Independent, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of priorities.
Professional demeanor, discretion, and reliability are second nature to you.
Confident use of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Excellent German language skills (spoken and written) are a must; additional language skills are a plus.
You are a great communicator – whether in writing, on the phone, or in person.
