As a Senior Recruiter, you will not only be responsible for filling positions with Dutch specialists – you actively shape our recruiting strategies, bring fresh ideas to the table, and help make our employer brand truly stand out.

You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
You take full ownership of the recruitment process for Dutch professionals – from initial needs assessment to contract signing.
You collaborate closely with department heads and the HR team to identify staffing needs and define target profiles.
You develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored specifically to the Dutch market.
You use your network and market knowledge to identify and engage suitable candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Nationale Vacaturebank, Indeed.nl, and other local job portals.
You actively source and approach candidates in a professional and culturally sensitive manner.
You conduct interviews in Dutch and guide candidates through the entire selection process in close coordination with the respective departments.
You build and maintain a strong talent pool of Dutch professionals and foster long-term candidate relationships.
You continuously monitor the Dutch labor market, identify emerging trends, and adapt your strategies accordingly.
You prepare regular reports on your recruiting activities and derive actionable improvements from the data.
You work closely with international colleagues and contribute to the development of cross-border recruitment strategies.

Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
You are of Dutch origin and have extensive experience working within the Dutch labor market.
You speak fluent Dutch and German and have good English skills.
You hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
You bring several years of experience in recruitment – ideally with a focus on international or cross-border hiring.
You have in-depth knowledge of the Dutch labor market, including relevant regulations and recruitment channels.
You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented way, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
You have a strong sense for people, cultural nuances, and building long-term professional relationships.
