As a Senior Recruiter, you're not just responsible for filling open commercial positions – you actively shape our recruiting strategies, bring fresh ideas to the table, and help make our employer brand truly stand out.

You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
- You independently manage the entire recruitment process for our commercial positions – from identifying hiring needs to signing the contract.
You provide strategic advice to the departments on staffing needs, role requirements, and current market trends.
You develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to specifically attract commercial professionals.
You identify suitable talents on platforms such as LinkedIn, XING, etc., and proactively reach out to them.
You create appealing, target-group-oriented job advertisements and publish them on the appropriate channels.
You conduct screening calls and interviews and support the selection process in close coordination with the respective departments.
You build and maintain a sustainable network and talent pool in the commercial field.
You continuously monitor the job market and identify new trends and recruiting channels.
You analyze relevant recruiting metrics and optimize our processes based on the results.
Together with the HR team, you ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout all stages of the process.

Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- A degree in personnel management, business psychology or business administration is an advantage.
- Several years of professional experience in recruiting, ideally in a corporate or fast-moving SME environment
- Extensive experience in recruiting specialists in the fields of commercial sector
- Strong communication skills and a professional, personable demeanor
- Experience with modern recruiting tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant management systems, ideally Personio)
- Initiative, structured way of working and enthusiasm for new ways of recruiting
- Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of English an advantage
