You structure complex topics and create concise analyses, status reports, and presentations tailored to different audiences.

You ensure transparent communication between project management, the project team, and key stakeholders.

In risk management, you identify potential issues early, define countermeasures, and follow up on responsibilities and progress.

With your solution-oriented, reliable, and empathetic approach, you foster collaboration and a positive team spirit.

You have a completed apprenticeship or university degree – ideally in business, management, or project management.

You have several years of professional experience in project management and ideally in building or developing a PMO.

You work in a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way.

You communicate clearly and enjoy working with different teams.

You take initiative, drive topics forward independently, and get things done.

You are confident using common project management tools.

You have excellent German and good English skills.
