You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
- Independent planning, conception, and implementation of video content for various channels (social media, YouTube, website, other internal or external communication)
- Creation of storyboards and shooting schedules
- Filming, including camera work, lighting, and sound engineering
- Professional post-production: video editing, color correction, sound design
- Development of creative ideas for marketing and image videos, recipe videos including product presentations, and event recordings
- Ensuring a consistent brand image across all moving image formats
- Management and maintenance of the video archive and organization of equipment
- Task organization via our task management system
Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- Completed training or degree in video production, comparable qualification, or several years of proven professional experience (please send references directly)
- Extensive experience with camera technology, lighting, and audio equipment
- Very good knowledge of common editing and processing programs (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut)
- Confident use of and openness to AI-based solutions in the sound and video sector
- Creative flair for image design, storytelling, and brand presentation
- Ability to work in a structured and precise manner, even under time pressure
- Initiative, organizational skills, and high quality standards
- Experience in social media content formats desirable
