To strengthen our showroom team, we are looking for a committed and experienced Store Leader.

To strengthen our showroom team, we are looking for a committed and experienced Store Leader.
You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
- You take ownership of sales and revenue for the showroom.
- You lead and motivate your team with clarity and enthusiasm.
- You advise and support customers on-site, ensuring a first-class shopping experience.
- You acquire new customers and build long-term client relationships.
- You ensure smooth daily operations in the showroom – both organizationally and operationally.
- You collaborate closely with the German specialist departments as a key communication link.
- You support the Country Manager with various administrative tasks.
- You contribute to marketing activities and assist with customer support initiatives.
- You increase the local visibility of the GGM Gastro brand through active promotion.
- You report regularly to the Country Manager on performance and progress.
Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- You have proven experience in sales, ideally in retail or B2B environments.
- You bring strong leadership skills and know how to inspire teams.
- You are highly customer-oriented, communicative, and a true team player.
- You think analytically and strategically, with a focus on practical solutions.
- You remain calm and organized under pressure.
- You demonstrate a hands-on mentality and have basic technical understanding.
