To strengthen our showroom team, we are looking for a committed and experienced Store Leader (m/f/d).
Job Description

  • You take ownership of sales and revenue for the showroom.
  • You lead and motivate your team with clarity and enthusiasm.
  • You advise and support customers on-site, ensuring a first-class shopping experience.
  • You acquire new customers and build long-term client relationships.
  • You ensure smooth daily operations in the showroom – both organizationally and operationally.
  • You collaborate closely with the German specialist departments as a key communication link.
  • You support the Country Manager with various administrative tasks.
  • You contribute to marketing activities and assist with customer support initiatives.
  • You increase the local visibility of the GGM Gastro brand through active promotion.
  • You report regularly to the Country Manager on performance and progress.
