You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
- Creating, structuring, and optimizing editorial content for our internal knowledge base and self-service help center (e.g., how-to guides, problem-solving articles, process descriptions)
- Using AI tools for content creation: You formulate targeted prompts, critically evaluate the results, and take responsibility for final editorial approval
- Ensuring a consistent and high-quality writing style and the accuracy of content – you will become the quality assurance authority in the AI-supported editorial process
- Collaborating with teams from customer service, technology, product management, and quality management to prepare practical knowledge in an understandable way
- Identifying and revising outdated or incomplete content

Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- Current studies in journalism, communication, technical editing, linguistics, or a comparable field
- The ability to explain complex content clearly, simply, and in a way that is accessible to children—concise, succinct, and solution-oriented
- Enjoyment of writing, precise expression, and a good sense of structure and tone
- Interest in AI tools and the ability to critically review, refine, and improve content based on prompts
- Independent, meticulous way of working with high quality standards
