We are looking for a Customs Declarant responsible for preparing and processing customs declarations and ensuring compliance with all relevant customs regulations.
You will ensure that our international shipments are handled smoothly, on time, and in accordance with legal requirements. Your responsibilities include communicating with customs authorities, reviewing tariff codes, and managing our import and export processes from declaration to final clearance. You will work closely with internal departments and external partners to guarantee efficient and transparent customs procedures.

We are looking for a Customs Declarant responsible for preparing and processing customs declarations and ensuring compliance with all relevant customs regulations.
You will ensure that our international shipments are handled smoothly, on time, and in accordance with legal requirements. Your responsibilities include communicating with customs authorities, reviewing tariff codes, and managing our import and export processes from declaration to final clearance. You will work closely with internal departments and external partners to guarantee efficient and transparent customs procedures.

- Smooth customs clearance and declaration of goods
- Regular performance of internal audits and preparation of external audits
- Contact person for all authorities (customs office, district office, Chamber of Industry and Commerce, FDA, etc.) as well as for freight forwarders and suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with all security-related, organizational and disciplinary regulations based on current customs and foreign trade regulations as well as the current approval of the location
- Checking the necessity and procurement of certificates
- Expansion of customs clearance for our companies in Europe
Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- Completed commercial training or studies
- Extensive professional experience in the field of customs clearance
- Willingness for internal training in the customs area
- Good Excel skills, SAP and ATLAS knowledge desirable
- Very good German and English skills
