
Team Leader Spare Parts Management (m/f/d)

As a team leader in the spare parts department, you will take on responsibility, develop your team and take our processes to the next level. - You will lead our spare parts team with confidence, clarity and team spirit, both professionally and disciplinarily.
- You ensure that our spare parts processes not only run smoothly, but are constantly evolving
- You support your team in their daily work and empower each individual through feedback, development discussions and clear goals
- You organise the team's resources and capacities in a flexible and forward-looking manner
- You hold all the strings: from quotation and order processing in SAP to maintaining our spare parts explorer
- You analyse our KPIs, optimise processes and help us make data-driven decisions
- You work closely with our colleagues in purchasing, sales, aftersales and QM as an equal and with an eye on the big picture
- You further develop our spare parts portfolio and ensure smooth communication with suppliers (national and international)

Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- You have technical training with economic know-how or commercial training with technical understanding – ideally in a B2B environment
- You have already led teams and know how to grow together with empathy, structure and clarity
- You are solution-oriented, act independently and enjoy sharing your knowledge
- You have experience in spare parts or service management
- You are comfortable with ERP systems (ideally SAP)
- Salesforce knowledge? Nice to have!
- You are fluent in German and can also communicate confidently in English
