You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
- You will be responsible for the operational management of daily workflows and will maintain a constant overview of ongoing case processing.
- As the technical point of contact, you will support your team with complex issues and ensure a consistently high standard of work.
- You will handle challenging cases and escalations independently, thereby effectively lightening the team’s workload.
- You ensure compliance with defined SLAs, quality standards, and internal processes, and take corrective action in the event of deviations.
- You continuously monitor relevant metrics such as response times, case volume, and performance, and use them to derive concrete optimization measures.
- You coordinate cross-functional collaboration between customer service, purchasing, logistics, and other interfaces.
- In doing so, you ensure a smooth flow of information within the team and to related departments.
- You assist with operational and resource planning and respond flexibly to fluctuations in workload during day-to-day operations.
- Through coaching and structured onboarding, you further develop your team’s technical skills and sustainably strengthen competencies in the field.
- You conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with uniform standards in day-to-day operations.

Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- Completed commercial training (e.g. wholesale and foreign trade management, office management, e-commerce) or equivalent experience
- Several years’ experience in the spare parts business, after-sales or technical customer service – career changers with management experience from other sectors are also welcome
- Initial experience in a coordinating or managerial role would be an advantage
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, ideally with experience of ERP systems
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A structured, solution-oriented and independent approach to work
- Very good command of German and English
