We are looking for a reliable and well-organized personality to join our committed HR team. In this role, you will take responsibility for administrative tasks in the field of Human Resources with care and dedication, contributing to the smooth operation of our HR organization.

You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
You are the first point of contact for our employees in all HR-related matters and provide them with advice and support.
You prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, references, and certificates – reliably and professionally.
You maintain and manage our personnel files as well as the data in our HR systems.
Together with our tax office, you prepare the monthly payroll.
You support managers and employees with all labor law-related questions.
You actively contribute to exciting HR projects and help us continuously improve our HR processes.
You take responsibility for maintaining and monitoring time management data (e.g., working hours, absences, leave, overtime).

Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally supplemented by further training in HR.
You already have initial to several years of professional experience in HR administration or personnel services – but we also warmly welcome career changers.
You bring good knowledge of labor law or are motivated to acquire it.
You are confident in using MS Office and ideally have experience with an HR management system.
You work in a structured, trustworthy, and service-oriented manner.
You are independent, reliable, and committed.
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, are a must so that you can competently support our employees.
