We are looking for a reliable and well-organized personality to join our committed HR team. In this role, you will take responsibility for administrative tasks in the field of Human Resources with care and dedication, contributing to the smooth operation of our HR organization.

You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
- Supporting our employees in all HR-related matter
- Preparing employment contracts, contract amendments, reference letters, and certificates
- Maintaining and managing personnel files as well as our HR systems
- Preparing the monthly payroll in cooperation with the tax office
- Acting as a point of contact for managers and employees regarding labor law issues
- Contributing to exciting HR projects and the optimization of our HR processes
- Taking responsibility for maintaining and monitoring time management data (e.g., working hours, absences, leave, overtime)

Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with further education in the field of human resources
- Initial to several years of professional experience in HR administration or personnel processing is an advantage
- Good knowledge of labor law is desirable
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally a personnel management system
- Structured, trustworthy, and service-oriented working style
- Independent, reliable, and committed
