To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a committed and well-organized individual who is passionate about personnel development and brings a strong understanding of pay transparency to support our employees on their professional journey and provide strategic input.
Job Description

You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance

  • Conceptualization, development, and implementation of measures to ensure compliance with the German Pay Transparency Act (EntgTranspG) and the EU Pay Transparency Directive
  • Development and further refinement of transparent compensation and career development models
  • Conducting compensation analyses, e.g., to determine the gender pay gap (using tools such as LOGIB-D, the EVA system, or internal tools)
  • Establishing and maintaining internal HR controlling in the area of pay equity, including reporting and KPIs
  • Advising and training managers on pay equity, diversity, and compliance
  • Collaboration with external auditors
  • Supporting change management processes in the context of implementing compensation structure projects
  • Designing, refining, and implementing structured onboarding processes for new employees in logistics, administration/office, and leadership positions – including introduction days, onboarding plans, and feedback loops
  • Close collaboration with the HR Strategy, Compensation & Benefits, Recruiting, and Legal/Compliance departments

Your expertise matters! Our desired profile

  • Completed studies in economics, psychology, social sciences or similar, ideally with a focus on human resources or labor law would be an advantage
  • Sound knowledge of labor law, in particular the Remuneration Transparency Act as well as equal treatment and data protection law desirable
  • Experience in compensation analyses, HR reporting, personnel development or project management
  • Practical experience in the development of onboarding concepts, ideally for different target groups (industrial, commercial, management)
  • Strong communication skills, diligence and high sensitivity in handling confidential data
  • Independent and structured way of working with high quality standards
