As a Senior Recruiter, you're not just responsible for filling open IT positions – you actively shape our recruiting strategies, bring fresh ideas to the table, and help make our employer brand truly stand out.

You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
You manage the entire recruitment process for IT roles – from initial needs assessment to signing the contract.
You act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, advising them on staffing needs, role profiles, and current market trends.
You develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract IT professionals effectively.
You identify potential candidates on platforms such as LinkedIn, XING, GitHub, or Stack Overflow and reach out to them proactively.
You write and publish appealing, target-group-oriented job advertisements on the most effective channels.
You conduct screening calls and interviews and guide candidates through the selection process in close cooperation with the IT teams.
You build and maintain a strong IT talent network and keep in touch with potential candidates.
You monitor the IT job market and identify new trends and sourcing channels.
You track and analyze key recruiting metrics to continuously improve our processes.
You work closely with the HR team to ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout all stages of recruitment.

Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
You hold a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a comparable qualification.
You have several years of experience in recruitment, ideally with a strong focus on IT positions (e.g., Software Development, DevOps, Data, or IT Support).
You are experienced in modern recruiting methods and active sourcing techniques.
You are proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and digital recruiting tools.
You understand IT roles and terminology and can clearly assess technical requirements.
You are an excellent communicator who can engage both candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
You work in a structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented manner.
You speak fluent German and have a very good command of English.
