We are looking for a Container Coordinator who will be responsible for requesting and comparing container transport prices as well as efficiently planning the transports once the prices have been accepted. You will ensure that containers are delivered to the right locations on time and on the best terms.

We are looking for a Container Coordinator who will be responsible for requesting and comparing container transport prices as well as efficiently planning the transports once the prices have been accepted. You will ensure that containers are delivered to the right locations on time and on the best terms.
You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
- Obtaining, negotiating and comparing container transport prices with shipping companies, freight forwarders and transport companies.
- Communicating with customers and suppliers about prices and availability.
- Planning and coordinating container shipments to various warehouses once prices have been approved.
- Liaising with transport companies, warehouses and internal teams to ensure a smooth process.
- Maintaining and updating price lists, contracts and transport schedules in our system.
- Monitoring market trends and price changes in container transport.
Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- Experience in the logistics / transport sector is an advantage, but not essential.
- Strong planning and coordination skills, you always keep an overview.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and accuracy in processing price information and transport plans.
- Confident use of Excel and logistics systems (or willingness to learn).
- Good knowledge of German and English (other languages an advantage).
