You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
- System Maintenance: Assist in managing user accounts, roles, and permissions. Help maintain data quality by performing data clean-up and duplication tasks.
- Customization and Configuration: Learn to customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, and workflows. Support the creation of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- User Support: Provide basic technical support to Salesforce users. Assist in creating user documentation and training materials.
- Automation: Learn to automate business processes using tools like Salesforce Flow.
- Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating product development projects, including tracking timelines and tasks. Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Documentation: Help create and maintain product documentation, such as user guides and release notes.
Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Willingness to learn Salesforce and other tools (training provided).
- English & German.
Experience:
- No prior professional experience required.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus.
- Interest in technology, data management, and product development.
