• Technical and organizational management of the showroom team
• Active involvement in sales and customer advice
• Responsibility for the entire order processing including invoice booking
• Ensuring optimal customer care from the preparation of the offer to the conclusion of the contract
• Planning and implementation of sales promotion measures
• Optimization of processes and further development of the showroom concept

• Experience in sales and customer service, ideally in the showroom area
• Management experience or strong ability to motivate and develop a team
• High level of communication skills and enjoy working with people
• Ability to work under pressure, initiative and a solution-oriented way of working
• Ability to work in a team and organizational skills
• Very good written and spoken German, other foreign languages an advantage
