You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
- Determination of requirements and procurement of work clothing, personal protective equipment (PPE) and work materials
- Selecting and negotiating with suppliers and obtaining quotations
- Ensuring timely and cost-optimised procurement
- Managing and monitoring stock levels and repeat orders
- Quality assurance and compliance with safety and industry standards
- Co-operating with internal departments to optimally cover requirements
- Issuing work equipment to employees

Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- Completed commercial or logistics training, e.g. as an industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk or comparable qualification
- Ideally experience in purchasing workwear, PPE or company supplies
- Very good written and spoken German (B2/C1)
- Negotiating skills and a confident manner when dealing with suppliers
- Strong organisational skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
- Confident handling of MS Office
