You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
Team Leadership & Organization: Lead and coordinate the team, including shift and workforce planning
Returns Management: Monitor and optimize return processes, ensure fast and accurate handling, and support with complex cases
Quality & Process Improvement: Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, workshop, customer service, purchasing, and external partners (e.g., shipping providers)
Communication & Reporting: Act as key contact for management and provide regular reports on KPIs, progress, and challenges

Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
Completed training in logistics (Warehouse logistics specialist, warehouse clerk) or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in returns or logistics, ideally with leadership responsibility
Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
High sense of quality and responsibility
Confident use of IT systems (MS Office, ERP/WMS)
